An honorary doctorate is awarded based on these criteria, not through the usual regular academic studies or the well-known traditional system. The award is made within a period of only 10-20 days, which is the period required for administrative procedures and approvals from:

(University - Higher Education - Concerned Embassy - Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

Which takes the academic standardization process and on the basis of which the required academic degree is granted.
