• Naval Academy (New Academy)
• Specialization (Maritime Navigation Technology and Maritime Transport)
• (Position in graduation certificate and qualification course certificate - Second Naval Officer)
• With a statement of grades and translation, all of them are approved by:
• (University - Embassy - Foreign Ministry - Ministry of Justice)
• Obtain a certificate for the required advanced courses
• Obtains membership in the General Syndicate of Maritime Navigation Officers
• The certificate holder has the right to officially change the status in his country’s passport and national ID.
• The holder of this certificate, along with the professional course certificate as a second naval officer, is entitled to obtain a naval passport (according to the fees set for each country).
