  • Obtain a certificate for the required advanced courses<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Obtains membership in the General Syndicate of Maritime Navigation Officers<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The certificate holder has the right to officially change the status in his country\u2019s passport and national ID.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • The holder of this certificate, along with the professional course certificate as a second naval officer, is entitled to obtain a naval passport (according to the fees set for each country).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Aviation Science Academy (new academy)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Graduates of this academy receive a graduation certificate with a transcript and a translation, all of which are accredited by:<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • (University - Higher Education - Embassy - Foreign Affairs)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
